What a weekend.. Im bloody shattered! Was good to see all you scotts again and the couple new faces i met, which ill of probably forgotten by next time lol. Im sure mike will be along to write up the weekend so ill leave the details to him.. Yup we finished 2nd and it was a good result but we wanted first and we were disapointed we didnt get it but it will just push us more to better ourselves next time! I have to say tho, we had a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere in the pits everyone just got on and it was just very relaxing whilst still being on the ball. Matt you did a brill job running us all and its such a pleasure working with you and george again. :man hugs: And darcini... I think i speak for us all when i say I can not thank you enough for keeping us all fed and watered! Joe, lee ... Jimmy .. Missed you guys Peace out im going to bed! Lol

Oh and just to add... Ive been informed that the GTR was running upwards of 900bhp and we only finished 2.5 seconds behind in the final.. I think that puts into perspective what mike acomplished today on his first outing at knockhill.

I heard 850bhp.. He was a menace on the straights but a complete round the bends.

Just walked in after having a mare on the way home. Had a bit of banter with Jamie about his Lotus breaking and our vauxhall being fine then a couple of hours later who drives into the services with me under the bonnet of my car What a great weekend, i enjoyed every minute. Top job by Mike and the team but sadly we weren't quite quick enough. We will be back and stronger than ever for the remaining rounds and if we can keep reliability and our consistency then we should be good. Ronnies car looks a little temperamental to me so id wager him having problems in a final or two at some of the rounds to come. Good luck for brands, cant believe it clashes with the national, who arranged that? Cliffie even got asked for his autograph You've made it .

Just got in, shattered but the car is now tucked up in the garage and it is off to bed for me. Massive thanks for all the support on the forum, from the Scott's guys for the track day and turning up to support. Big up to the team who were great and sorry to George for leaving him in Glasgow, we felt awful but we were already into Cumbria when we got the text.

Wish I could have been there but duty calls and all that. What with missing Brands for the national I'll not be able to join in for a while either.... Matt's doing a great job though so I'll just show up and muck in under his direction now I guess Truth be told he's more experienced than me running a crew anyway.
