OK so I'm back in the world of the internet - sky router issues!!!!

Firstly I'd like to congratulate Mike on a outstanding drive in some tricky conditions well done buddy I'm proud of you! - You found space when was needed and looked after your tyres for hot laps good man you actually listen lol..

Secondly and by no means least.
My Pit Crew Chris and George!! What can I say, amazing you listened to direction and got on with what needed to be done - Seamless!!!! Think the pit board set-up worked a treat!
Well Done boys and thank you!

Also I must say a huge thank you to Nigel for keeping us fed and watered throughout the race meet. I must say that the evening curry was awesome!! (Sorry guys if I pigged out!!)

And to Techie? for the loan of the iPad for Pit wall Timing (Cliffie we need one of these )

Then on to our good friends from Ooop Norf!! Sorry I don't remember all your names but thanks for all the photography and the Car Cleaning equipment. It Kept No.95 Looking Immaculate!

Lastly I am gutted for Lee who couldn’t make it hope the transport is fixed. And to Jimmy and Joe it wasn’t the same without you guys!!

If I’ve missed anyone out apologies – I’m a little tired. Cliffie was epic and decided to drive home last night we ending up unloading No.95. in a garage forecourt @ 1:30am and finally getting to shut eyes at 3am!!!

All in all a good solid weekends racing Well done ALL Trackside or back at base giving updated via VX220.org or of txt’s or if you just came to support!!

Matty! (Not Marty!!!)

I turned up to see Cliffie race yesterday (a little hungover I'll admit..), and was great put some names to faces, and be able to lurk / loitter / observe the pit crew doing their stuff, and of course Mike keeping us on the edge of our seats with ever falling times.. Second is a great result for a new track, and I'm sure the long drag up hill after the hair pin was costing some time for lower powered cars, vs. others running ~400 bhp / Lb/ft... Mike seemed to get on the power pretty early coming out of the hair pin (compared to the FR cars). The big green GTR monstered that section and was probably the quickest up there! All in all great day for me! Ross Ps.- Sorry I couldn't hang around to congradulate the guys, had to get up the road for 7pm..

so to summarise 2 rounds and the tables sofar (there might be some errors in this)

Ronnie 40+100 / 50+100 = 290
Cliffie 50+90 / 40+90 = 270
Deaton 30+70 / 30+80 = 210
Masood 20+80 / 20+70 = 190

Oooooh, they've changed the points system have they, wish that was the case last season 50 points for a quali's win instead of just 10 is ACE!!!!! Used to be mad putting it on the line to get a 1pt advantage over your main rival!! 10 points makes the differential as significant as an overall win so of equal importance to the final in that respect.

Massiv gap ahead of Deaton, and only just offthe top spot!!! You have Brands and Anglesey coming both of which you're great at!!!

I thought it was 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 for qual & 100, 90, 80, 70, 60 for race. I think once we have got the cams in and i talk to mike about using my 4-1 manifold we should see a reasonable hike in power/torque and then we will even the playing field a little more.. :D

They've not communicated it very well but Steve's right I think, check the scores on the website

We had my Nitron Race 46's on his car and my ATS DTC's. As well as Tillet B5. Think that was it....

here we go, a little inspiration

Final

After quali’s we spent a massive amount of time trawling through the GPS data log’s we had and identified exactly where time had to be made back up. Cliffie knew what he had to do and delivered an unbelievable lap wringing 1.3 seconds off his best and taking 1’st place by a clear 4/10th’s! None of us are quite sure how he managed that in his car as it’s still a road car essentially! The team were so proud as we’ve managed our second win of the season, happy days!!!

I've been called many things....

But no worries Matty, you sir, are a machine. Hope we didn't get in your way too much. And yes the 3G iPad is a win, glad you guys could make good use of it. I stopped for a KFC on the way home too and watched the GP on it with SkyGo
