WOW that's sexy! By the looks of it ... your car will be done so far ahead of the season - this asks for many, many practice/testing trackdays! :poke:

I am as frustrated as you are Steve but believe me, we are nowhere near as frustrated as the guys that run it.

Lovely fitted to the hub.

That's the plan Lee. After the miles she has seen, it is only fair to spruce her up a bit and treat her to new bits. Total suspension overhaul with powder coated bits, new rear subframe, new engine to Stage 3, roll cage, body mods as seen and interior sorted. I have some grease and spare new bushes here dude so you can have those.

I can't wait to start bolting it all back together with everything clean and new. Just like a big Lego model. Itching to get on with it to be honest. Wish I had more time over Christmas.

Lol, it's just lithium grease you can get some in halfords :) Mike watch your brake caliper when you mount if the hub as you've coated the face of the hub so will have moved the caliper laterally my a mill or so... If you're fitting cooling aswel is might be an issue :) Car looks superb though mate, I can't wait to see it when it's finished! I will be jealous though!!!!

I had thought of that but as these are the rears and use the sliding caliper I am OK, will cause havoc on the fronts though so will watch out for that when I get them done.

I doudt you will be jealous baring in mind you and your VXare a major part of the inspiration to get this thing going.

Can you machine down the upright, and do the same on the front steering arm for more negative camber

Yes you can but be careful as you need to keep the strength in there.
