I'm running 2.25deg -ve camber on the fronts, are you looking for more than that?

In that case the GT hubs allow a FURTHER 2.5 deg -ve camber more than OEM, not cheap though :o

If it were me, I'd remove the the layer of powdercoat on those rear hubs where the brakes mount. The calipers could possibly get hot enough to transfer enough heat across to melt the coating, which could then lead to the bolts loosening off slightly. Might be fine though, but I wouldn't take the risk.

Cheers Jamie, I intend on getting them cleaned up before I fit which will mean the removal of some coating on contact areas including brake mounts and camber shim face.

After a Christmas at the mother in laws it is time to steal a bit of time back for the VX. Thanks to JG, I now have my suspension bolt kit and HCB so the plan over the weekend is to get the back end (minus engine) back together again. Got the Duralec for the subframe mounting, powder coated wishbones, new bushes, new balljoints, new wheel bearings. Hell, this will be a new car when it is finished.

Wahoo, got three hours clear this morning to get some more done on the VX.

First job was to get the Duralec out and cover the mating faces of the rear subframe and plates and get it fitted up.

Next up was the bit I was looking forward to. New suspension bushes into my newly powder coated arms, new bearings into my newly powder coated uprights all held together with new bolts from Mango Motorsport (cheers for the sizing chart on PM JG).

Here is the drivers side fitted up.

Just time to finish off before it was my Ollie shift.

Its a coating that is used between two different metal surfaces to prevent anodic corrosion.
It also works very well in normal corrosion prevention.
