If it wasn't my stag do this weekend I would have loved to head down and see all the LotI tear up Brands Hatch. Oneof my favourite circuits of all time (as a spectator of motorsport and on a games console)

I'm not sure who out of the top competitors are there this weekend but Lloyd has a garage, as do RCM and Renshaw so we may even be fortunate enough to see the Gobstopper 2 out for the first time. I think there may be other OHW out too going by some of the names. So, the Europa could be in with a shout, especially as all the Pro guys this year seem to be having real problems getting their slicks working properly.

Just out of interest I was looking at some of the TSL data the other night trying to see how far down on top speed I was a Brands 2 years ago and saw that Gareth Lloyd in the Evo was doing nearly 160mph over the start finish line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Quite unbelievable.

160 down the straight is quick! Not sure what my chances are really, I'm on some used, hard and quite skinny slicks so that doesn't put me on the best foot. That said, Brands Indy will favor the lighter cars and I do know my way around the place. Should be a good fun weekend whatever happens :-)

Ha ha, I want to cancel the National and come along 160mph is MENTAL for that pit straight but they fat boys are usually quite messy around the rest of the track and as said they're all struggling to get their heads around slicks at the mo so Chris should be in his element!! Kick some ass bud Also Chris..... any help and input you and your team can offer Cliffie and the guys would also be VERY MUCH APPRECIATED We're rookies in this so any wise words you have feel free to blurt them out, no need to stand on ceremony as advice will be recieved gratefully

Looks like RCM aren't going now which is a shame so not many of the hyper cars out really. My car's now fixed and making a bit more power too, so I'll be there 100%.

Right thought I'd post a quck good luck message to Cliffie and Team as I can't be there for Brands due to my addiction to fast things I'll be camping at SIlverstone from Thursday until Sunday for the GP. In place my other half (Coral) will be going to cheer Mike & Team on, make her feel welcome, she's a car nut and knows her way around the pits so won't be any trouble. She'll be going for Saturday only.
