Good luck Steve, I was wondering if a tubby was going to make an appearence this year.
What box are you looking at running with the build?
Yes, you have hit the nail on the head there, high torque and high rpm means a lot of kW waste heat produced, I can either reject that into the radiator circuit ( using a spare VX OEM plastic oil cooler ), or have a mocal with ducted air to it. Or I was wondering if I can passively cool the casing.

IIRC Chris Randall runs an essetially standard m32 with just an oil rad and it's been problem free. Just found this on their web site http://www.hofmannso...rbox-oil-cooler

Do you mean the cc system that you have to cut a large chunk of crash box away?

Yes/No, you cut part of the bottom panel away, not part of the pillars designed for the impact absorption. The panel is then replaced with an aluminium shroud which ties it all back in again. Really the only way to get a decent sized pre-rad in there without compromising the other radiators.
