At the beginning of Feb I give up the daily grind of a one and three quarter hour each way commute into London and swap it for a 25 minute each way drive. rallly So I need to get a shed of some description which means another insurance policy. I'm currently with CCI so don't believe they'll insure a shed. Does anyone know which insurance companies will mirror my NCB with CCI? Thanks folks for any info. chinky chinky

Most of them will, if you actually talk to someone (ideally with enough English) to understand what you want to do.

Had the same here when I bought the pug 'comparison' sites were rubbish as they don't appreciate no claims on other policies I went with Tescos in the end; their online application site merits/mirrors no claims when they don't on comparison sites

Have a chat with cci Ken - they have changed their approach recently iirc and may insure both for you now.

Beat me to it. I seem to recall having a letter from them saying they are expanding their product range and are looking at more normal cars.

But when I first took out my multicar policy with Admiral, they mirrored my no claims which is why I now have two lots of valid no claims.

Surprising that Ali. They mirrored mine. CCI were SHITE for the shed. £370 for the modded VX and they wanted over £700 for a diesel Insignia. I politely told them to do one.

Admiral mirrored my shed off the VX. But only after arguing for about 10mins on the phone. Also went through compare the market and got a Meerkat Simples! :D

More Than mirrored mine, but you'll need to talk to them on the phone to sort it out. Good luck and happy hunting. Please post up your findings as I'll be on the hunt again in a few weeks.

CCI Wouldn't insure a normal road car for me, it seems their policies change depending on what day of the week it is and who calls. Admiral wanted ridiculous money for the shed and one company said they wouldn't mirror my no claims because i'd had a non fault claim, which doesn't even make sense!!

In the end I didn't buy a shed. It worked out cheaper for me to commute by bus.

I've just spoken to AXA, Admiral, Aviva, CCI and Elephant again and all said no.  Am I asking the wrong questions?

Admiral even mirrored no claims that had expired (they were the last people I used with that pile of NCB) 4 years ago.

I was very surprised.
