it looks like a z22se turbo to me look at the head looks intresting twin charge .

Looks like a proper single turbo set-up. Ecotec, but is that a 2.0 or 2,2 engine?
Edit; direct injection 2.0LNF or maybe 2,2 LAP base?

It's bargain for a true race engine...
I'm sure it's kind of a development from new lower cost BTCC engines or something like that
Older 280hp+ N/A BTCC engines were £25k new... you can't even get a used one for 10k...

Swindon do make great engines with lots and lots of R&D.
I could make something very similar to that for anyone for around £6000 though (including +1mm valves and head job which that will probably have).

I'm surprised you SC guys haven't noticed the usa spec 3 bolt alternator, which you can buy the 6 rib pulley for 
I'm sure you could get more from a tweaked saab/z20net turbo than that 2.0 VVT turbo
