The VVT would probably help with fuel efficiency and help make more torque at lower revs though IMO. Ultimately all these engines will make mega power if they are built up right and have a mid ot big turbo, it's more a matter of how the power is delivered that it the issue I think. I suspect the new LNF engine, even though it only makes about 260 BHP will be nice and refined in power delivery. You supercharger chaps forget how nightmarish our power delivery can be with turbo charged cars ;)

I wouldn't leave the turbo on it well maybe and ad a charger to it
