Nothing like that, I go and say 'can you cut this?' He usually say 'yes, no problem'. Its priced on the material so I doubt I'd get much bulk discount as they are very competitive anyway. I'd either then coordinate postage or get the laser cutter to send them out. I'm not into making profit off my friends.

Is someone using this set-up on thier VX?

http://www.seriously...-sector111.html

Would it fit 'bolt on'? Guess so, right?

Oh, I am such a douche!

Didn't get that that was your car, wasn't even sure if it was a VX!

Thanks!

Might be ordering one of these then as they look really tidy. And very nice if it fits straight on without any modifications as well.

Any update on this as I don't fancy doing more track days without a rear tow point...?

Do we know what material the rear is made from? I can get 3mm stainless which I think may be too thin?

Looks about the same thickness as the bolt heads in the pic above, so without measuring I'm guessing 5mm???

Ring part needs to be futher off though, so it goes beyond the diffuser when in use.

What sort of price will people be willing to pay? It could be marginal as its a big piece.

Cain ask a silly question.....are these just cosmetic or can you really get pulled out with them? It's just that most of the strain will be on one bolt?

there's a one bolt towing eye available too. It just doesn't work with finned diffusers. It pulls you out fine as long as you go steady with the pull.

I think if someone would built a set of these, they would sell like hotcakes:

Interesting design Smiley...
Now where did I see this before.. Oh wait, our last dyno session when you borrowed my "rear jacking / strap strut"...

But seriously, how much would such beam accross those 2 boltholes affect the airflow under the car?
(Boltholes are normally recessed in the std diffuser, so mount a flat strut with a few washers.)

Thought about using simply 2 eyes on both M8 points and when needed use a small lifting strap between them, but not sure if the towing man would bother to use that when they're in a hurry...
