Update, DuncanP and TIP's enclosures are done, waiting for EV1 connectors to the bypass valves (hopefully tomorrow) then will be sent off - photo was taken with glue curing hence gaffa tape

Quick update: Progress has been slow for the last couple of weeks while I looked for a supplier of the metal plates needed to relocate the washer bottle and repaired the mould. I'm happy to say the mould is now fully working and I have produced three enclosures this week, I have found a plate supplier today and should have the parts (which will complete the kit) available soon. I have about 10 heaters waiting this so should have got through a big chunk of the waiting list by then.

Thanks for the update, and judging by the progress photos above they are looking good thumbsup It sounds as though you have found a solution/supplier already for the metal plates, but if you need anything similar drop me a PM. At work we do all sorts of metal and plastic manufacture from one-offs to large batches so might be able to help. Cheers Adam

Thanks for the update, and glad to hear some feedback on it badgerade. Looking forward to getting mine, I foolishly went for a quick trip up the road with the roof off (long story) later on Saturday this turned into a 45 minute+ drive around the Sussex downs.....suffice to say I was a bit chilly by the time I got home.
