Serious question - does the base map affect the temp cut in for the fan? Didn't think it affected it but it cuts in earlier than 106? Just curious that's all...

You've now got a temp sensor mounted in the back which kicks the fan in earlier now, 96 I think and goes off at 91 (Well mine does anyway) So if that failed you should still get it kick in at 106

Ditto for me. Good to know these things. That pro alloy twin fan blows like a hooley! I noticed that in London traffic yesterday the temp rose faster than before but I assume that more heat is now being generated.
