Sorry about the delay, just got back in the UK.
 
Here are some pictures of the 'Extended spacer' which I knocked up on my lathe and milling machine. 
 
Really just a copy of yours, but longer, and together with an internal stop for the cable end.
 

 

 

I'm just wondering would you be up for making another set of these spacers that you would like to sell? as I'm having the same problem as you as the pads are barley touching the disc.

Did anyone else who has bought these did you space or see a problem with putting a 1mm washer (marked in yellow ) where it bolts on to space the caliper level with the disc as it doesn't sit flush.

Anyone know where I can source new pads for the calipers as these one are shot now.
