Which kit do you have? If it's the one Cliffe sorted then have a look through the forum, there have been several threads with people fitting them. If that doesn't give you any idea then pm one of them with some questions I'm sure they would be able to give you specific advice.

During a track day in November at Rijeka I thinked to have broken my engine.

After opening the engine I see it was only the carter which was broken.

At this point the question was to fix the old engine or to get a new one, because I have had in my head  the idea to

increase the power with a Borg Warner EFR6758 Turbo.

At the end I sold the old engine and so I take a B207 with Wiseco pistons (8,9:1), Eagle rods, 2,0 crank, internal trigger,

catcam stage 2 camshaft.

On this i fix the Efr 6758 like you can see in the foto, with water injection, big intercooler with waterspray, OBD Tuner software,

and a very short 3" exaust without cat.

I picked up the engine on the 23 of december.

27th in the evening it was ready to put it inside with headers, turbo, clutch, gear change abd so on fixed.

28th in the morning I put it inside and it starts in the first try at 8.00PM.

It was a very nice  moment...and a very nice Christmas for me! (I prefer to "play" with my car then under the Christmastree)

Here some pics and the vid of the first run.

At the end I sold the old engine and so I take a B207 with internal trigger,

Are these trigger wheels somewhere mass produced, or are they made on request? (ie limited set/batch?)

Don't know that, because I got the whole engine fully prepared like described.

That's one about an external trigger wheel. (same setup as i will be doing).

My interest was triggered by the word "internal" ;)

I did not know he now also did internal trigger wheel conversions, instead of external.

Also i use this water spray. (on the intercooler)

here you can see it on my car:

and then I still use this:

All together works really fine!
