Yes but the air box is no where near the heat and will be taking in forced air from the vents.

Look in the forsale section for nimbus heat shield. You will need this as you loose the OEM shield when fitting the manifold (go halfs with you).

Works for me.. Pm sent

Is it worth letting the GB run to the end of the month, or is it worth concluding the GB and getting the order in to Chris Tullett?

If you could possibly hang on for a day or so I may well be interested in the manifold but need to speak to Liam this week first and see how/if the 2bular one is progressing. If there's no joy there I'll be in :)

I'm in for a 2.5 manifold and 200 cell cat/down pipe (assume these are the NA ones?)

Sliding it back 10cm could be enough.
(still requires all bolts loose though)

I've a light metallic rattle back there somewhere anyway (Possibly a heat shield of some description) so ill whip it off and search for that as well while I'm at it.

Still waiting on my system... over a month :/ guess he's rather busy fabricating! I might be tempted on a manifold closer to the end of the gb if I've got the funds spare.

i dont want the system to be tooo loud so i was planning on fitting the the n/a manifold and the 200 cell CAT but keep the the stock backbox... ...how badly will this restirict the engine? as i dont want to spend all the money to try and gain power if the stock backbox is just going to choke it all... cheers!

It will help but you might be best buying a Miltek turbo 2.5" back box to help things.

I'm going to get a 2.5" U-pipe made up to connect mine up to a standard turbo backbox, might need to mod it too but will hopefully keep it quiet.

Anyone else down south on this GB? If so anyone wanna meet up and tackle fitting of both at the same time?

you can fit the tullet maniold with the clam in place, but it's damn awkward and the downpipe must be off for access

I may be up for that. I was just going to buy it and put it in the shed until I worked out what to do with it! Probably would have taken it to PSR to do...

Is a heat shield/wrap necessary?

I thought the NA one is a direct bolt on for standard systems?
