Who's fitting the diff for you? Would be nice to hear some feedback once fitted as you mainly use your car on the road?

Also looking forward to seeing your opinions on these upgrades and to see how much a difference they make.

Yep DG doing the work and he is getting Dave H to fit the diff to the box. I have had an S1 Elise with a Quaife ATB diff and for me it transforms the car. Nothing worse than an inside rear wheel spinning all your power away. I will post my thoughts next month once I have it fitted.

Surely it's torque, not bhp that matters for a clutch?

Yep it's torque what generally kills clutches

It's rated to 275Lb/ft about the same as my car It has the OEM clutch on at the minute with 50 thousand miles on it and showing no signs of slipping so I'm pretty confident it will be ok.

I'd of gone for one rated higher personally just to be on the safe side (if your going to be right on the limit of what it's rated to) but I'm sure a lot of it comes down to driving style i.e some peoples oem clutches start slipping at stage 2 and some don't Just IMO though :)

Yeah I can see what your saying but with the OEM clutch holding up fine I am happy with the fast road one. Time will tell :)

More than impressed, fully converted! So so so much better in these bad conditions and silly fun where allows for drifting and even straight line traction epic Not sure you 4.3 neg camber at rears helped lol but cheered me up for the week. I have driven a LOT of vx220s of all specs and I need one in my vx! Glad you got back ok same no doubt that diff will get used DG

Yes, keep us updated. You always drive the VX to the max so it will be interesting on your thoughts etc after using it for a while.
