Im intrigued to see what it looks like when its done. Have you any photo shops of the finished picture. Tiger seal should be fine then if your getting the rest smoothed in.

You and me both, I am rather concerned that the car is gradually morphing itself into an Exige though :borg:

If the OEM Lotus rear lights give issues there's now at least an alternative source:

Difference with the Lotus ones is that the center lights for reverse and indicators are also LED on these and not regular bulbs.

Bye, Arno.

Use an epoxy to bond them in. Its what clam parts are bonded with. I'll send you a link. I suppose there'll be some rear lights for sale :poke:?

Its at your work email address, do you need it to home? I have resin on one of mine. Had a minor bleed through when I was moulding the rear lights for another .org-er.

Lee, the problem is whenever I make something like this the finished moulding always then requires a lot of further work to actually fit/finish off to an acceptable standard, I don't mind doing this as it is part and parcel of the general fannying around I (almost) enjoy- if I sold the mouldings as is I would be punched in the face. A lot.

I think the normal Vx lights are fairly light tbh and see no point in changing... Plus with my Vx if I add anymore exige parts I will be shot down and hunting

Joseph, I will weigh them and let you know the difference.

If you do want a set trust me they will be extra "mint" for you :)
