There are quite a few different aftermarket options for Mazda RX-8 side vents available that may sit quite nicely.

Great minds or fools seldom differ? You're on fire tonight mate, s-max they are

What colour will you be re spraying the car when all the works complete?

Well I want to do it a nice subtle dark grey but apparently that's not acceptable, needs to be some lairy, bright, in your face type of colour according to certain .org members....

What do I win a set of you rear lights please ;-)

Sort of, a tin of resin and some fibreglass matt thumbsup

Nige I'm loving the rear lights matey!!

Cheers Matty

They are ABS plastic I presume, flexible enough to (just about) bend to the right shape but once bonded on they are quite rigid.
Original plan was to take moulds off them on the completed car and then reproduce in glass fibre, but to be honest taking into account the additional work involved in doing that I will probably stick with the originals as they are.
