Italians are a nightmare. I have just waited 2 months for a part I ordered and when it arrived it was the wrong one. Their response was to tell me I have to wait another 2 months. Now that's what I call service!
That's bloody good service compared to what passes for customer service here in Saudi. They would have just shrugged their shoulder and asked you to order and pay for it again. Can't take it back because it wasn't their fault, it was the will of the one almighty!

I now work for a company based on Lebanon, if anyone else tells me insha'Allah when they have not responded to an email, work has not arrived or designs have come back from the designers in the same way they went back to them for changes....
