OK so I took my VX out for the first time yesterday and it rattled like a bag of bolts!! So I thought I'd have a look at rectifying it.

Firstly I took a look in the sills this is what I found!!!

What have you found in yours???

Thats hilarious as the rusted up captive nut and the stanley blade are clearly left over from a troubled clam removal.

Thats hilarious as the rusted up captive nut and the stanley blade are clearly left over from a troubled clam removal.


Yeah the clam nut I can own up to that, but the rest are nothing to do with me!! :)

I found two rusty old pipes , so binned them. Seem to have a water leak now ............ Hmm :lol:

Ha, cleaned mine today n found 2 screws and a Easter chick thingy

The rest were nowt to do with me either, I only ventured into the sills on the pax side to replace the servo hose.

I'm sire I can hear a biro rattling around in the car somewhere. Had both sill covers off, gear surround and pax seat out. Couldn't find it, in the end it occurs so little I just forgot about it!
