do you need two high pressure pumps? if one is constantly filling the swirl pot regardless of demand then the other post pot pump is giving all the pressure required when needed with a backup of the 1/1.5lts of fuel in the pot

No you need one high pressure and one low. The Bosch will be my high pressure so I need a low pressure pump too. Does anybody know of one that will fit our tank?

Ideally you should use a high volume, low pressure pump to fill the pot (something like a varley red top??). Then use a high pressure pump for the rail.

I didn't fit the Sytec pump, is it identical in size to the original pump, hence is that why it fits or can pretty much any size pump fit...?

Its pretty much identical in size. You may get a bigger one in but I doubt you could go too much bigger.

Think this could be a winner as the low pressure pump. Does anybody know the size of the Sytec high pressure pump??

This one's Dimensions - Length 130mm, Diameter 37mm

My thought was if the rest of the outflow piping from the swirl pot pump was -8AN the -6AN could be restrictive

i don't think you need -8 anywhere, -6 is overkill already.

Do we know if the low pressure Sytec/Walbro is going to fit though...? The high pressure one we all fit obviously does but I need a low pressure pump to supply the swirl pot. The one in the link above is (Dimensions - Length 130mm, Diameter 37mm), does anybody have the normal Sytec one to hand to see if they are similar in price?
