There are some swirl pots with an integrated HP fuel pump. Not cheap but easy install and compact.
Radium has a few models for every need: http://store.radiuma...g&parent=5&pg=1
or something like this:

You can also have one from BOE fabrication.

You don't need the fuel pressure regulator , so the fuel rail return line go to the black line at the exit of the (cancelled) fuel pressure regulator

You mean that the fuel pressure regulator in a VX is integrated in our fuel rail return, so you don't need that seperate regulator...

Looks really nice setup but with shipping and tax it will be over £500

Nah, it comes out as $340 which is about £200 odd, I already have the pump :) This does seem my best option, I just need to mock one up and see if I can fit it in the engine bay somewere.....

Having just dug out a Lotus Europa pic for another thread, interestingly, it looks like their fuel tank is baffled.

Mocked up a cardboard dummy of the pump housing and it fits lovely under the air filter. Will have to relocate the ECU slightly but that should be easy enough!!

So, ordered the Integrated Engineering solution

Should I include another filter on line A...?

Isn't the Vx tank like that anyway?
my original float broke off and when we pulled the pump out it feeling around I'm sure I felt what was wall/baffle with holes at the top. Couldn't find the float and assume it's made it's way into the other chamber, can hear it banging around when cruising to a stop

Ahh, hang on, are there no fittings as such on the hoses (not even internal olives?), do they just screw into the fittings listed above...?

Right guys, enough ramblings..... I know most have probably given up on this thread now lol but I have some questions.... 1, as above are there two different sized pipes on the normal Sytec pump....? 2, Are there any fittings at all required when terminating the hoses.....? ie any olive? 3, The filters.... There are 30 micron and 100 micron available. Can anyone say where they'd go? I guess one between hose C & D and the other would be in hose A, but could someone confirm?
