Just a note to say I'm experiencing supplier issues with the metal bracket, I will hopefully have this resolved today or Monday but there will be a slight delay to anyone waiting for a unit.


Come on fezzasus. It's getting a bit chilly out there :)

Ok I have done some testing Warmed car up fully with heater control in cold position heat output very hot. Turned heater control to fully hot still very hot after 5 minutes. Looked at voltage at lead to solenoid valve Getting full 12 volts from cold position till about 70% away from cold then it starts modulating more and more as I move it towards fully hot. Am I right in thinking it points to the valve itself? BTW Heat output is so good I almost have to move my hand away from vent Imnotworthy

Ok I have done some testing

Sounds like the valve - i'll get a new one in the post to you as soon as the next delivery comes in (I have a few red cards from the post office so I suspect it's already here)

is mine any nearer shipping, I feel like a michelin man with my fleeces and puffa jacket on in the mornings. Its depressing knowing there is a heater under the hood but cant plumb it in else I choke on coolant fumes. :(

Minimum of three weeks - there don't appear to be any 13-16mm silicone hose adaptors in the UK so i'm importing them
