Chalk and cheese...
Before Fezzasus heater fitted - feet like blocks of ice, even with thermal socks on.
After Fezzasus heater fitted - warm as toast on half heat.

Many thanks Tom.

Good to hear. Mine is pumping out lots of air, but just warmish stuff. Talked to fezzasus and had a different rad in it to the usual one supplied. So hopefully, once that's done, get a toastier feeling :D

Yup. I'm just waiting on a few more parts before it's sent out - probably the end of this week.

No rush. Current one clears the screen bloody quick. Fine round town, just struggle a bit at speed. Never actually really cold in the car. Though it might be in current weather conditions. Don't intend to try it...

Just wondering why air is colder at speed when directed to the feet. Is there a particular spot where it tends to leak in from that can be blocked off ?

If there's a leak it will be in the air distribution section that the pipe ducts into. There is a riveted join which is worth sealing up to the right of the duct
