I found the problem. My stepper motor's axle seems to be quite sticky due to the disassembly. When you disassemble the needles it's better to do not get out the motor's axle if you want to avoid future problems. I tried to fix them but they only worked for a short time. I've seen that our stepper motors are Switec X15.166. They aren't available but you can use some direct alternatives like XC5.166. X25.168 is easily found and I read that it's quiet simple to adapt them (you should only cut a small parts of the plastic housing). I bought a couple of them in ebay and we will see.
