There is/was a silver Cat D NA on pistonheads being sold by these guys and they sound like they know what they're doing when rebuilding/selling these. Anyone on here used them or run the company?

I can confirm I have never been the CEO of Pro Builds ;)
On a serious note, never heard of them. Struggling to find a proper website for them and it only brings up two cars on PH. I'd approach with caution to begin with.

Saw this car too. It was owned by a forum member KevP who last posted on this forum around 2009. He had the rear clam repaired and resprayed due to a slow 5-10mph bump from behind and sounded like he was having issues with the garage who carried out the repair. Think that all happened around 2007. He sold the car around 2008/9 i think. Looks like Pro-builds have repaired a later accident and claim to have photo-documented it. They claim to have worked with Lotus and VX's before but look like a start-up company. If their workmanship is any good, it could be a cheap route into VX220 ownership.

Looking at the text of the advert this seems to be a company formerly called freedworks. They used to have a website and there is a user by the name of freedworks on this forum. You could try a pm or try to find the old website? I'm not sure why they have changed name.
