Anyone gonna do a fitting guide for the binnacle
It's bonded to the stack with glue. The basic procedure is;
Remove dash
Unplug stack connector
Remove two 14mm bolts that hold stack to lower dash
Remove binnacle and stack and use a knife to cut the two apart
bond new binnacle to stack with glue and allow to set.

Really?

Must be a fake Stack thing then. On the NA the STACK "pod" is attached to the binnacle with 4 nylocs onto captive bolts on the back of the instrument pod. No hacking required.

Remove dashtop
Unplug wiring connector from rear of instrument pod (blue plug in following pic)
Undo the two 14mm bolts (roughly where the red arrows point in the pic) to remove complete binnacle assembly

On reverse of binnacle, undo the 4 off 7mm Nyloc's to separate the mounting brackets and STACK from the binnacle

And your're left with the following

Discard/sell/whatever the black binnacle section

to leave yourself with the instrument pod and the two gold brackets
Put the pod into the new binnacle and make sure the captive threads go through the slotted holes in the new binnacle and refit the brackets to the rear to secure the whole thing (shameless reuse of earlier pic)

Refit to car. Fumble around plugging the cable back in and then refit dash cover.
