Mine is silver - but I always wanted a lightning edition. I didn't have the patience to wait and bought the one I have now. Although Ilike silver and am very pleased with my current car a lightning edition that fits my budget and I would have gone for has just come up for sale. I did have a few pangs of regret - but there you go.

linky

wait till the paint work gets shabby and respray :)

Exige aubergine purple

This I'd like to see. Posted up a pic of one I done on GT5 like this a while back. Would be good to see for real.

Its been done for real!

Yep. I like -

Good stuff.

I see David Yu's gtr mentioned with a similar colour wrap. Considered getting my S1 done the same at one point.

It was done at a place near Bromley, looked very good at first but shortly after thought it looked quite scratched up (polished with a sandy cloth look). Then saw it several months later and it was peeling off on the rear

Wonder if it would stick better to a plastic, squarer shape like a vx

I think that looks awesome.

If my repair comes in over budget and ends up a Cat D, I might go with a colour change using the payout money to buy a second hand clam and pay for the respray - probably some sort of laser blue like colour.
