Sadly I need to free up some funds and I must part with the reason for most of my money troubles (thanks all you group buy organisers :P)

Will pop this on PH next week when I have time but wanted to offer it on here first - the last two owners were .org members (TonyKL and myself) accounting I think the last 30,000+ miles

This is a very fast road car, and has a lot of track day mods. During the two years (and approx 7000 miles ) I have have owned it has had a number of expensive components replaced so it shouldn't cost the new owner much over the next few years. It has had the turbo replaced and a new clutch and the header tank replaced. Last year was service 8 (expensive new belt one).

It is the usual stage 4 spec but also has the Dave Hardwick/Dunc airbox, The CF blade ARB set up (which transformed this car for me - it was really quite skittish on the public roads when it was sprung more stiffly, since moving to the softer springs used in the CF set up it is much more compliant and fun on the roads, and yet still rolls less on track, and you can adjust the under/oversteer balance very easily at a track day using the front blade.

It is also nicely trimmed inside the cockpit with an alcantara dash, boost gauge, after market hand brake and gearstick handles, the Jon Betts harness bar and a Willians Harness with cut outs (a horrible job to do!) for the driver.

If you are bothered by music the sound system is actually really good in there for a VX - it has focal rear speakers and a pioneer slim amp (this is an amazing mod and totally transforms the depth of your music, before I had this the bass would distort at quite a low volume and I could only really play music quietly) along with a Sony head unit with iPod connection and AUX-in and an iPhone cradle.

It has a few track mods such as an LED rev counter and shift light (like an F1 steering wheel more and more lights come on as you move thru the revs then it flashes at you when to shift) install in your eyeline on track, and wider wheels that quite a few of us track day boys have started to move to (I run 225 fronts and 245 rears currently). It also has the TAT oversize pedals which make heel-toe much easier and tire pressure/temp sensors for monitor your pressures/temps on track.

Paint is in very good condition, I have used a DA polisher on it a couple of times a year to remove imperfections/cobwebbing/swirls etc. The front is also venture shielded so there is minimum stone chippiing.

I would say it has pretty much every mod to satisfy someone that wants a very fast but compliant road car, or a fast track car with some track mods. The only thing that I would say is missing is traction control.... although arguably you buy a VX to learn how to drive a MR car without driver aids?

I have maybe 15-20k worth of Tony's and my service receipts (Christ!) :( HPI and CAT C/D clear.

Personal preference here; how much work would be involved in removing the spoiler and making it good? Fibreglass patching and rear clam respray?

4 8mm holes from memory, sell the wing to pay and put it towards it. However - IMO some the appeal of this car is its aggressive look tho. I found the MMG diffuser looked a bit weird with the standard rear end, however the longish MMG diffuser + wing + vortex generators give the rear a real aggressive look when combined together
