So I have a PDF guide. It says take the wheels off but can't see a reason that they can't be left on. Any advice or do they have to come off? Note rear arch liners already removed by previous keeper.

you have to take arch liners out, which you can't do with wheels on. The reason you have to take liners out is that you can't get to the sill nuts or the fuse loom without doing so. All your interior is coming out too.

Already off from the previous owner leaving off on last clam removal. So I can simply proceed with wheels on then.?

You need to remove them to remove/undo the arch liners and the bolts on the top of the sill section where it's attached to the rear clam. You'll also need the access to get the boot loom through the grommet in the top of the wheel arch. Wheels can then go back on.

Just take one wheel off at a time and remove the required bolts then wheels back on before removing the clam

Left the wheels on in the end, was not any more difficult just because the arch liners were off already...

Now to figure out what's wrong with the engine...

Well really wanted to have a play with one without taking mine off the road. But it does need a bit of TLC, a lot of scratches and bodges on it. Will put them all right once I tackle the engine.

Haha very funny. I will happily take donations of other engines Turbo or otherwise... ;)
