Hark, I have a TMS one which I carbon wrapped and fixed up. Very easy to do and cost about £15 in 3M from eBay. Looks great and you get a great effect, which I'm happy with.
One thing I would point out, is these splitters belly out very easy. Not so much on speed bumps but angled driveways and stuff. The TMS one has a Kevlar structure which gives it some strength when there's an impact.
I assume the GRP would just grind away rather than shatter like carbon FLD?

Yep I cant imagine it shattering. I expect it would grind or bits would break off.

I think Giles is taking receipt of a splitter for me tomorrow, if anyone is still interested from the south, get your order in. I'm happy running them down towards Cheltenham/M5 junction 9 ish.

They look like Turbo wheel which is why, at 16", they open up a whole load of different tyre choices.

If I could get these packed and posted at around 25 quid for domestic UK would that be acceptable or is it too much?
