If I could get these packed and posted at around 25 quid for domestic UK would that be acceptable or is it too much?

Sounds a good price buthave you tried parcelforce at your local Post Office? 48hr should be about £15-£20 up to 5kg ;)

My issue is the packing. I can get custom boxes made but there's usually a minimum order. I've been looking into carriers who do the whole lot, collect-pack-ship. No risk of them coming back saying inadequate packaging if one is damaged.

I bubble wrap the hole thing and it arrived fine. They know to be careful because of what it is, as i stated that to them before it was sent.

Its looking like I can post these out for around £20 after a fellow .orger came to the rescue. :) I just have to wait for the mega roll of bubble wrap to show up. I'm quite curious to see just how big a 100m roll is.

Got mine fitted yesterday and got to say very happy with it. At some point my plan is to skin it with some carbon fibre but for now I have just put some wrap I had lying around on it. I used ss bolts with wingnuts and washers to spread the load when fixing it to the car, with the wing nuts on the inside. I used two Jacks hold the airdam to the car and position it and then drilled the holes. Then reached through the headlight aperture and did the nuts up. Very happy.
