Good luck Nick, let me know if there is anything I can help with/strip off the car. I have enough belts here that will fit with the current pulley on the Harrop. Weekend clear-ish so on standby.

No as I only run 5 rib on the bottom pulley and alternator. I do have a suitable length 5 rib.

put round the crank pulley then feed it the normal way then lift the tensioner up using a 3/8 ratchet then put onto the top sc pulley

if you mean the fpr pipe then it goes in the end of the fuel rail and into the manifold located in the middle of the intake mani

not sure what you mean by tb pipe? charcoal canister pipe? if so then round the back of the tb

Than Joe I managed it in the end, real pain. Almost there when i turned it on the dash went nuts :( ,I will try tomorrow with some new info I got from Jon as to what they did to the wiring. Just pray it works

anyone got a diagram (in english) of the x2 (blue plug) pin layout I need to change pin 8 to pin 12, or it might actually be pin 12 to pin 8  it was used for switching for the fuel pump on the z20let loom

Everything you should know: http://www.speedster...e Z22SE - 1.pdf

Z22SE ecu feeds the pump relay with a 12v signal:
White violet wire from ecu through pin 8 of the X2 connctor to connection 2 of the fuel pump relay. Relay pin 4 is to ground.

LET is different, as the ecu switches to ground: http://www.speedster... Z20LET - 2.pdf
(Relay pin 4 switched to ground through X2-8, Wh-Vt wire. Relay pin 2 has +12v through K18.)

this was the setup cms did to get the vxt fuel pump working on the right is the extra relay, I was told to remove it which I did I left the( what I know know) green/pink wire isolated. this is how it looks now I reconnected the green/pink wire together, I did try to start it like this but no fuel pump and stack was funny, so stopped x2 pin 12 green/pink go to 86 .5 brown goes from 85-87 large brown goes from 87 out brown/pink goes from 30 to x2 pin 1 the k16 fuel pump relay seems to be wired as z22se diagram and pins on x2 agree
