I would hazard a guess that someone may have looked into some sort of legal complaint against him?

I would hazard a guess that someone may have looked into some sort of legal complaint against him?

- Did I refund anyone?

Yes. To my knowledge everyone who has asked for a refund has received one. Are you aware of anyone else who would like a refund?

- Have I done a runner with everyone's money?

Their money (and plenty of mine) is tied up in the purchased materials. Custom carbon fiber enclosure are not cheap to make, lamp components and xenon systems are not cheap. All the refunds came out of my pocket.

Remaining item is to distribute kits to people who would prefer a kit rather than refund. The trial of this has shown that even a well assembled headlight is difficult to do for someone else. I have had a few discussions with a car designer and we have a plan to drastically simplify assembly - I will be getting simplified parts designed and ordered over the christmas break
