main beam is 90 mm, dipped are 2.7 inch. Wouldn't recommend the linked projectors though, best go for OEM (Bosch or Valeo). Mine will widen the dipped beam to 3 inch.

Actually, i have news today, but i'm still digesting it. I'll avoid drip-feeding as much as possible.
After evaluating a number of techniques, the volumes meant that this couldn't simply be a like-for-like replacement. Instead, small volume production techniques such as carbon fibre were most applicable.
For the last few months I've been trying to minimise the cost of this by working with Chinese suppliers. They are simply unable to deliver the quality I need. Instead i've tried motorsport contacts within the UK and the most recent one I met with already had experience making a carbon fibre headlight cluster for a Nissan race application. They seemed a good fit.
I now have quotes for tooling and part production from them. My job for the next few days is to crunch the numbers and come up with a total unit cost. I will be running a short crowdfunding campaign to produce a limited batch (10 to 20 pairs), this will discount them to roughly material cost and will have a relatively short timeline.

No, 10-20 are the optimum batch size, however if i can't get the interest for the first batch there won't be another.

Essentially, everything can be produced in volume other than the carbon fibre cluster where there's an optimum batch size where they make enough to justify setup cost but not enough to impact production of other jobs.

I need a driver side headlight. It is becoming more difficult to find a good quality one without some damage to the unit. So add me to the very interested list also.
And I'm keen to commit to the first batch when you have all the details finalised (spec,cost, timescale, etc.) to help keep things moving along.
