With the look of the carbon fibre be tempting to run without the lenses.

I wouldn't recommend that and would be fairly unwilling to supply without lenses. The xenon projector (like most projector designs) is an open design so the reflective coating will quickly become tarnished with exposure to the elements.

As previously in thread, cost per pair will be approximately same as cost of a single unit from GM.

However, with the current exchange rate and associated fluctuations, it's proving quite hard to set a price when a number of the components are sourced internationally, or are using pricing based on USD.

How much are they from GM, I've never looked it up. Cheers

approx £1100*

*however note that USD priced components are currently 20 % higher than they were pre-Brextard

As my son has managed to destroy the front end of my car so that it needs a new clam and both headlights as well as lots of other parts, have you got a rough timescale? If you think they will appear in a few months it might be worth my while waiting

Above cost is provisional and dependent on current quotes for internationally sourced components so I'm not providing final pricing.

Pre-purchased lenses will be discounted a value between the crowdfunded lens cost and retail value.

Will these lights work better than the standard lights? Both VX220s I've had have had serious lighting issues, like more than 40 mph is just dangerous on a dark country road. Even with the HIDs fitted, they just seem to change the colour.

They look amazing Tom. Two questions... Will they be available assembles inc the uprated lights etc ready to drop in? Will the cf be lacquered for uv stability to stop it going green. Cheers.

They'll be full units with uprated lamps fitted, all wiring, all fixings, just bolt in.

They will be fully UV protected.

Ah this answers my question, how will they be upgraded, what bulb are you using?
