Hats off to you. Great Project! I've two questions:

 

1) Is it possible to have Matt black and silver like the NA?

 

2) About the E-mark: In Portugal the "MOT" guy looks very closely during the investigation at the E-mark. We need some single Letter with a Transfer Film like foruns user NECRO produced:  http://www.vx220.org...number-sticker/

I think In Germany they have the same issues.

It is possible to do black and silver to match the NA, however there will be a slightly higher cost due to the masking requirements.

 

With regard to E-marks, I current provide stamped E-marks on the lenses, this stamp will be updated to detail the new headlight configuration. I would prefer stamping over transfer film as it will endure heat better.

I'll need to confirm prices and get back to you.

 

An alternative (that i'm considering) is a smoke tint on the black section and silver on the projector surrounds so some of the CF detail still comes through.

Agreed. I also don't want to offer to much customisation or it becomes unmanageable. For now i'd prefer to offer CF, matt black, black + silver.
