I'm still surprised that people have gone for matt black when I look at these

I like to keep the looks of the car as close as possible to a NA or Turbo. I even re-badged it. But underneath the body I did major changes. I can not see the picture ?

Get a local company to armourfend. Tom has enough on his plate just satisfying the demands for the units.

You'd need to change the relay too to compensate for the drop in resistance, otherwise they'll flash too quickly.

I've already bought all the components, and any changes at this point would require remanufacture of the rear enclosure mould so i'll decline.

Update as of 26th Nov

All parts are here and a significant number of light units have been partially assembled. Unfortunately the rear cover has been very tricky as the initial design wasn't able to accomodate the variation and movement needed for all the units. I'm now on the 3rd design which appears promising and will start yielding covers early next week (for one side only, once confirmed to fit, the other side will be made). This has delayed sending them out to people and two weeks of jury duty followed by a very busy period of work hasn't helped the timing.

So, rest assured that i'm working flat out to get these out to people. I'm really happy and excited about the quality of these and am sure you will be too.

Anymore construction pictures to wet our appetites?

Sure.

As before. The rear cover is still the killer. The original tooling, while fine for the prototype, didn't factor the freedom of movement need to adjust each headlight. I've produced numerous parts since then and finally got one that that works.

Prototype rear:

Actions after christmas are to start producing all the rear covers.

Meanwhile, all the headlights look like this (or variants of, depending what has been ordered - I believe this is the same configuration as your set) while they wait for me to bolt everything down and fit the rear cover.
