To answer: yes, units have been delivered. These were delivered before October last year. That pair was a plain black pair with halogen units, so essentially the same as standard headlights.
Currently my lounge looks like this:
This includes:
- RHD gloss CF headlights with LED unit (2nd row). Complete with exception of connector (final step before boxing and shipping)
- RHD matt black headlights with LED unit (3rd row). Complete with exception of connector, one HID ballast (final step before boxing and shipping)
- LHD gloss CF (offside only - nearside out of photo). Requires rear cover and lenses fitting
- 2 x set of gloss units will all mounts built up (at front and rear). Hardware will be added today and rear covers bonded
I ll be taking additional holiday in April and May to increase speed I can build all of these.
Does anyone know if Tom is ok?
I am okay, however currently my PM notifications only tell me about a new PM - I will change that. It is quicker to contact me by email - i've sent you my email via PM.

Great work tom, are you sending these out in order of the list?

Daily update:
- complete attaching fixings for a pair of gloss CF, halogen main beam units
- prep surface of next pair for paint (gloss CF)
Great work tom, are you sending these out in order of the list?
Honestly right now the answer is no. I have a number of partially built units for different configurations (LED, halogen, LHD, RHD) that I made during development. I will complete and distribute. Once those have gone out I'll then follow the list

Late joining this thread, but see it started waaaaaaay before I even owned the car. Those lights look good. Mine seem reasonably OK (2002 car) other than the edges where the glass is over the black plastic are scuffed and in a few places look a little chipped right at the edge. Guess that's common, say the same on Elises.
Nothing bad or noticeable from 5' away. Am interested in getting parts if and when available, largely to be prudent and safe. Heard stories of the glass just coming off on a drive (is that really a thing?) and wary of them getting damaged and the car off the road for a long time without parts. Saying that, not like can be driving so much now anyway.

The lenses separately have been available for some time now, by Fezzasus.

Have you used them in the dark yet?
Mine are absolutely useless as the adjusters are all broken so they point wherever they please, but this is mostly 2 feet in front of the car or the hedge Not to mention that the dim glow barely manages to illuminate the lenses. On my clio I have full LED headlights. The difference is night and day (literally)

Apart from all that they are pretty good!

Production has stalled a little bit as I discovered that the vacuum former wasn't pulling a vacuum. Service kit for the filter and seals on their way, hopefully working again by this weekend. In the meantime have been making lots of wiring looms
