Get your case submitted to the small claims court and get the bailiffs to do the work for you. It's gone on long enough.

There is still no response to private messages. Please Tom, if you can't finish the headlights proceed to refund the money.

Why do you guess persist with posting on here if you're not going to do anything about it?

Small claims court. It's easy and simple. You get your money back.

If you don't pursue it properly (posting on here isn't that) then you're mad!

As for Fessasus, well, I wonder how he looks in the mirror.

There was a post about offering unfinished parts for the headlights for those who is willing to assemble themselves. Does anyone know where that was?

Unfortunately all the posts from autumn 2021 onwards were lost due to backup error.

6 years, he's got away with it and no doubt knows that, hence the filibustering over the last 2-3 years to get it past 6 years:
You can also make a small claim if you’ve paid for a service or product you haven’t received. You have the right to make a claim up to 6 years after you paid for the service or product . Sometimes you can have rights for longer than 6 years - contact the Citizens Advice consumer service to find out more about this.

Says 'future'. Maybe he's turning over a new leaf?

The company confirms that its intended future activities are lawful.
