Not sure, click on the track pic on the middle right of gt mode and see ehat tracks you can access.

As far as I remember unlike earlier gt games you don't have to pass the tests to do any races.Do I need to pass licenses etc to be able to access this as a practice track?

Duno, doesn't it give u an extra 5% HP if you do it before you drive or something? i didn't bother!

I was just thinking that in fairness of this time trial is it allowed? It could be one of the reasons behind the time gap between different people!
