yes, fully fixable I would say, the rear subframe has done its job

One is the subframe that Vocky offered you for free. Just be aware that there is a lot of work involved there (15 hrs plus for an experienced mechanic with the right tools and space)

i dont mind paying for the work, id rather pay for the work and have my car back than not and have to sell it. Vocky you still good on that sub frame?

as I said before, a rear subframe is free if you collect it. rear wishbones are £50 each secondhand, two are probably required. I have an upper wishbone you can buy for £50. Rear tie rods are £25 each secondhand

Err, no, it's massive and it weighs a ton. A decent size hatchback should be able to get it in with the seats down.

only 2 hours drive, hmm dont wanna get there and it dont fit. what about a five door punto, would it fit in that?

:D I've had many oddly shaped things in my MR2, but can be quite sure a subframe will not fit ;)
