Once logged in, click on 'my controls' at the top of the screen then when the settings bar appears on the left, look down to 'Edit Avatar Settings' and within this you can upload a image or link to another site for one.

you'll need so kind of photo resizing software to get the image to the correct size to fit the avatar - if you can't do it or are struggling in general mail me the pic and i'll make it fit.Right i think its about time to put a picture under my name (i really don't know what i'm doing). please tell me how. cheers
