Are the housings the same? i.e will the exhaust flange from an Astra marry up to the VX turbo? Im toying with making an exhaust but dont want to use the flange from my o.e system, i have a precat from an Astra VXR knocking around which I could butcher but dont want to strip it down to find I need to source a VX one or mutilate the O.E system

Thanks, so the bore size etc is the same too? thatll make my life a little easier so that I can keep the o.e system to swap over at mot time if needed. do many people run systems totally de-cat'd?

The V-band for the OEM turbo is highly unusual in size, it is 3.25 inch.
