Scott asked me about it, so I pointed him in this direction but never heard anything back from him. He did say he was very busy atm.

another bump peeps - am currently looking at getting replacement door cards to have dave the trimmer, er, trimmed - but i think i'd rather swap the red out for more carbon than trimmed. interesting thought about the entire door sections but i suspect they may be out of my budget.

are people still interested in these?

scott?

Hi guys, I can make real carbon parts it's a bit of a pain to be honest so I find I'm doing it less and less but these are skinned wrap over the originals. I am toying with the idea of doing a one off CF air box for my daily driver bmw 135i. It's a twin turbo so not many places do parts and some that do charge £1k+ lol.

Hi all, I will try and get a pattern made so we can make a mould. Would a cover be acceptable? This would be a hell of a lot cheaper to make than making this as a replacement part. Let me know and we maybe able to squeeze it in

If that's the only option I'll take it - is it too early to get a guess on a price and how much it would protrude once on? Cheers, dan

If its a cover I would say about £120 ish a pair In either Matt or gloss. If they are a cover we would only need to make the one part where as if it was a replacement we would possibly need to make a backing panel and bond them together. Maybe we could offer the cover version then do a 'deluxe' version with a backing/mounting points.

Do you mean the cover version could then be retro fitted/bonded to a future backing half?

The only thing with a cover is it will push the inner rubber seal up so if its too thick it might look odd.
