Hey guys, still totally in the topic, but due to two reasons another delay of at elast 1 week from now on comes up: 1) crazy busy time for producer, so has to put smaller side projects aside 2) I am currently on a race event abroad for the whole week until sunday, which was not planned basically... Will be back with infos, stay tuned regards

Hi Guys, Sorry for keeping you waiting! Wuite a lot to do as racing season starts... Just that you don´t think that this topic is not being worked on. However, still need some time until final production version is fixed and orders can be taken The tools have been "worked in" with some 0-sets- Just waiting for some final material tests with optical grade raw material in order to kill the last tiny imperfections.  Protos.jpg   141.27KB   14 downloads Will not take too long anymore, but still ask all you for some more patience thx stay tuned...

I think that depends what the take up is and how happy people are with them. He's certainly doing the leg work and somebody is investing a fair bit of cash somewhere. They'll be on the go until they've at least broke even I'd imagine.

Hi, Plan is to do a bunch of sets every now and then. Like 2 a year or something. So it will not be a stocked thing, or production if 1-2 will order. Will do the ordered sets plus a few more, and some half year later or similiar another bunch and so on. Also as stated before, the rears are also in the works!!

GF ORCE8 has indeed invested a lot of time and effort into this and I know the company he is dealing with. The time delay is not GF's fault, the company is very busy and I guess these lenses are low priority when it comes to time spent. I can say however that they will be great quality once done.

Hi Cliffie, Thanks for your post. Well as you said. This is still a small project for the producer, so priority is not very high. Especially as now the racing season preparations are on full throttle everywhere. But quite close to the finish finally, so hopefully I´ll be able to kick off the final production very soon Will keep you all updated!

Everything VX related is stored in a safe garage complex 30 meters below sea level outside of vienna


BTW did I mentzion taht I´d trade 1 set of lens covers + some add payment for a genuine Vauxhall indoor garage with the VX220 logo on it?
... Yes i did in the car parts searched section... but twice is aaaalways better
