Any more news yet , MOT overdue and I think my nearside lense is so stone chipped it will probably cause a fail ? Has anyone tried the McGuires plastic headlight lense polishing kit from Halfords with any success ?

i sat and cleaned mine with wet and dry started with 800 finished with 1200 to get the old lacquer off and some chips out then a good few coats of clear plastic lacquer. Not perfect but better than the peeling chipped mess I started with

Sorry, I'm out. After 5 months of 'nearly ready' I just can't believe it'll happen.

Hello There, Was nearly 2 weeks for job in south america. Back since yesterday. Well, I also hate it to just keep saying that it will be available shortly, while it still isn´t. As meanwhile the producer has installed a new vac-forming machine which works with higehr pressure, we´ve decided to produce the parts on this new machine in order to have a nother little gains in the quality and appearance of the final product. However the molds need small adaptions to be used on the new machine. I undestand that some of you do not want to wait longer for these. However I just can say that this will DEFINITELY happen, and hopefully very soon. My problem is that I am relying on the producing company, for which this porject is only a small one with a very low priorit when it comes to urgency. Therefore we still have to wait a bit. However, having in mind the crazy pricing of the OE lights and the delivery problems, I am very optimistic, that it still makes sense to produce this, even if it takes another month (I pray to god that it won´t, btw!! :D) So please have some more patience. This project will definitely be finished, hopefully very soon. Best regards,

There will be plenty of people interested in these when they happen, be it in a few weeks or even several months from now.
