I would be interested in the ABS brackets and camber shims all around, but only those, if you could supply those?

I can ask. It may depend on the demand (being a special deal for us like)

I'm in, don't need the hub carriers though. Also why 10 bushes on the rear? Any chance of finding out about complete toe links as well? Thanks

The rear lower front bush comes in two parts and each half needs inserting from either side of the wishbone eye/pivot.

So is there anything stopping me contacting Paul and buying at these much appreciated reduced prices now rather than waiting til feb or does he need a specific number of interested parties? ....... Apart from the fact I don't have his contact details.

Cant see why not. Just call chris Neils and ask for paul mcstein. I dont know if he's waiting for bulk orders or can do them one at a time.

Anyone spoke to Paul about potentially getting these prices now rather than waiting till Feb due to min orders etc? If not I'll give him a call today and see as I'd like these by Jan.

Just done some maths, could someone please check that I'm correct?

£195 + VAT = £234
£225 + VAT = £270

= £504 in total.. and from what I can see, there are no new suspension bolts in this kit

The Seriously lotus kit comes in at:

Excl. Tax: £379.95 Incl. Tax: £455.94
Quick Overview

A suspension refresh kit consisting of

1x full set of Seriously Lotus wishbone bushes or Superpro bushes. Also available with an upgrade to Nitron inner bearings (extra dosh).,
8x Suspension Ball Joints
2x Track Rod Ends (S1 or s2)
2x Our own Antiroll bar drop links
1x Suspension bolt kit including damper bolts.

Am I missing something? Happy to be proved wrong

You're not missing anything I dont think other than possibly parts source. Paul only does OE lotus stuff so cant do non-oe ball joints, different drop links or superpro bushes which is probably why the price is higher. I'm not sure what brand the seriously lotus stuff is but its good value thumbsup

spoke with paul yesterday, he seemed like he wasnt sure if there was anything happening with this group buy. he was more than happy to deal with me on an individual basis at the above price.

Hi, I am most likely going to go down the seriously lotus route ordering the bits I need rather than the whole kit, I already some of the bits (Track rod ends, suspension bolts). Also have the rear toe links from a previous group buy. thumbsup

I'm definitely interested in this. I do think it's worth looking into the seriously lotus stuff first though. Their stuff already comes out £50 cheaper than the OEM stuff from Paul, and if we could get a group buy through them, it could be a massive saving.

The Seriously Lotus stuff is virtually OE. The ball joints are. The bushes are made by the same manufacturer on the same line, its just that Dave placed a silly order and was able to spec some things to his preference. In particular the top front bushes are now the same as all the other where lotus spec a slightly softer version. can't go wrong with SL in my view.

The SL kit contains a few different bits. It has no ABS brackets or shims, but it does have track rod ends which Paul's kit doesn't include.

Taking into consideration what James said, I think it's a better option to try to get a group buy on the SL kit.
For reference, here's a link to the seriously lotus kit : http://www.seriously...efresh-kit.html

Thoughts?

Is the SL kit for both NA and turbo? (me thinks car weight difference would make for different kits, no?) Also what is the different between the SL bushes and the Superpro suspension bushes?
