This is one I took from a wild camping spot a few months ago in Spain, watching the sunset whilst we cooked diner after a day of rock climbing.

Here's a couple more from the same trip - usually wild camping in the middle of nowhere. Apart from being highly photogenic it's just so wonderfully peaceful and beautiful, many of my best memories are whilst camping or doing adventure sports in the wild:
This last shot is actually of the moon rising, it was taken from the middle of an olive grove on the plains of Spain one balmy evening. We'd put the tent up, opened a bottle of red, lit the fire and made dinner, and watched the moon come up. Magic.
