And sunset this evening at about 6.30pm, looking out the front of the hotel. Not the greatest quality pic because it was taken through glass.

Some are taken on my Nikon, the last two on the good old iphone! Transiting through the Suez and in to the Indian Ocean gave some incredible sunsets!

Good Evening Sir.

Loving that last shot of yours (that's not to dismiss the first one of course). The way you've caught the tree as mirroring (or should that be the other way around) the flag pole, it gives a nice depth of double meaning that draws you/one in, ..nice!

Thank you for another instalment [/keep um coming]

Best wishes...

that last one is particularly of note

That's the beauty of sunrise/set, it changes so quickly. The picture below was taken just 15 minutes before. I couldn't believe how much it had changed. You can see how lazy I am, not even bothering to get up from the bar to get a nice shot.

It is amazing how quickly that sky changes isn't it, i am getting used to reading it now though, watching the cloud formations ahead of time ( the rise is more difficult though).

Please do share more. I look forward to seeing them.

I took this one this morning at dawn. Sorry no sun, it's behind a mountain at that time, but lovely morning light. Again, I'm very lazy. I leaned out of bed to take it.

Posted Image

Lol re- 'leaning out of bed'...beats roaming the fields in your night-cloths as i do lol (surrounded by open fields and no neighbours, thankfully). Hell of a view from a bedroom window Posted Image

Best regards...

Actually Icey, this one is down to you. Normally I'd just look at the sunrise and think 'how nice'. Because you started this thread I made an effort and took a picture that I'll now have forever and can share, so thanks, you're an inspiration. Posted Image

Lovely to hear, i've been called many things in my life but an 'inspiration' is...well...inspiring [/Thanking you]

I look forward to seeing more of those captured moments. I'm getting very much into playing with my camera now (there just never seemed the time before), i want to start getting some macro shots with these coating frosts we're having, a frosted but slightly thawing spiders web is one i'd like to get.

Best regards my friend. Keep up the good work Posted Image...
